By accepting sponsorship by PIKLBAL, you agree to the following:
- You are of legal age to enter into this agreement.
- You will represent PIKLBAL™ in a manner that brings positive goodwill and credit to the brand and company.
- You will act in good faith to represent PIKLBAL’s sponsorship program and let others know about it.
- You are enthusiastic about the sport of pickleball and more specifically the PIKLBAL™ brand.
- All images, video, or other media obtained of you while you are representing PIKLBAL is the property of PIKLBAL and can be used for any reason by PIKLBAL.
- You are responsible for setting up a PayPal account to receive commission payments and entering that information correctly into our system.
- There is a 60-day wait period before commission payments can be requested, allowing order returns or cancellations to be fully resolved.
- Any order cancelations or returns will not be eligible for commission payments.
- This sponsor agreement can be canceled at any time, for any reason, by either party.
- Any qualifying commission that is owed upon cancellation of the agreement will be paid to the account in the system. If the account no longer exists, a reasonable effort will be made to make payment to the sponsor.
- Current commission rates are as follows:
- 10% of the total retail amount paid by the customer before any discounts are applied, except for the PIKLBAL Paddles which have their own commission rate.
- $20 per PIKLBAL (Terminator or Decimator) Paddles.
- Sponsor commission percentages or rates are subject to change at any time.
